| - Membership of the Buller Club is at all times subject to the conditions of use set out below. By signing or using the Buller Club Card, the Buller Club Member acknowledges acceptance of these conditions of use. The Member immediately upon receipt should sign the Card. Proof of ID is required when using the Buller Club Card.
- The Buller Club Card is not transferable and may not be used by anybody other than the assigned Buller Club Member.
- Buller Ski Lifts Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify the Buller Club Member benefits at any time.
- The Buller Club Card is to identify the Cardholder as a Buller Club Member. It is not a lift ticket.
- Discount and reward points are available only when purchasing direct from participating outlets and are not available in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer.
- Members will be awarded 1 point for each day they ski or snowboard. Night skiing tickets do not attract points.
- Members will receive 2 points for every friend they sign up to become an adult Member and that friend will also receive 2 points when their new membership is processed. (This does not apply to child Memberships).
- Once a Member accumulates 5 points the Member is entitled to a free 'day lift ticket'. This ticket is not transferable.
- Points not used by the end of the 2008 season will expire. A new-look Buller Club will be launching in 2009.
- A Membership is valid until May 31 the year following that in which the Member joined the program or renewed their Membership.
- The card must be presented to obtain any Club Card benefits as detailed.
- The Buller Club Card must be presented when purchasing a lift ticket to have a point for that day allocated to the member.
- Points will not be issued retrospectively under any circumstances.
- Lost, stolen or damaged cards can be replaced for a service fee of $5.
- In joining the Buller Club, members agree to receive weekly updates and special offers via e-mail.
- Membership is limited to one per person only.
- Solicited points or recommendations will not be honoured.
- Club members must have joined by May 30, 2008, to be eligible to receive the free lift ticket valid for use on weekdays in June.
- A person's right to retain membership of the Buller Club is at the absolute discretion of Buller Ski Lifts. Buller Ski Lifts reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member found to be in breach of any of the conditions of membership or any member found not to be acting in the spirit of the program.
