The Mt. Buller Race Department has tailored a race-training program designed for all levels of skiers, boarders and cross country. Our team of Australian and international race coaches assists racers to develop their technique and race to their full potential. Group Race Training Alpine, Snowboard or Cross-country Details An introduction to the appropriate racing technique is followed by practice through a racecourse set to suit the group's ability. Maximum benefit is obtained from constant practice and racers will achieve an even higher level of expertise and greatly improve their knowledge with more frequent training. Training can be booked for either two, three or four hours per day. Coaches are assigned to groups of a maximum of 10 students to ensure a high level of improvement and success for each individual. When booking the number of coaches you will also need to consider that each group needs to be of a similar standard. | Rates | | | | | 2hrs ($) | 3hrs ($) 4hrs ($) | | Midweek | 235 | 335 420 | | Weekend | 300 | 400 495 |
Race Skills Development Program Alpine, Snowboard or Cross Country Details First introduced in 1999 to respond to the specific racing needs of schools, the Race Skills Development program offers an individual training format that fits around your schedule. This means each school can best utilise its available time to develop the experience and broad range of skills required for racing. Furthermore, each school will train with the same coach throughout the season, which allows racers to progress at their pace according to their individual program. We can also tailor packages based on your special format, which combine training with lift tickets or even season passes if required. This program is unique in its flexibility, and provides your students with the best possible training necessary to become a successful racer. To develop a format which best suits your school we need to discuss your requirements in detail with you. Please contact the Mt.Buller Events and Race Department who can assist in working out the most suitable format and package for your racers.
